Today was an interesting day ...I was a witness in an interrogation at work. Basically one of my work mates was accused of speaking behind the store managers back and another work colleague.....anyhow its a long standing issue and yes our store manager is a dickhead...but that’s just how he is...you have to accept it at the end of the day, anyhow someone had heard my mate say some shit and reported it to head office...so they sent this guy from HR (Human Resources)...this guy was like a detective, he didn't smile once and he was as cold and calculating as they came....I thought first time i saw him i was in shit. Mind you the nature of what he was doing was serious...so if they went some really happy guy, well no one would take his threats seriously. The store manager was also in the room as the primary witness, i was the secondary witness...in the store managers little office :(

Anyhow i felt bad for my friend...he is a really nice guy, some ppl just pick on him cause he is too nice and that he doesn’t like ppl who are arseholes. Anyways I was a witness so basically I had to sit and listen to the accusations being read out and my mate plead innocent...i felt like i was in my movie for a sec. My mate was in deep shit...it was the first and last warning they were issuing him...the guy had gone through so much shit for doing his job....he is one of the smartest guys i know working there...but anyhow that’s life.

I spoke to Phill later about it....Phil is an Asian Aussie..born here and the oldest staff member on the sales floor. We sometimes call him Mr Miagy cause is a black belt in Kirate and a Vietnam War vet. He is like 40 something....but he is really wise and hard working..... we all look up to him. I always speak to him about Vietnam and what he did as a soldier for the Australian Army...he is always keen to tell me about his past and i find it quite fascinating.

Ohhh and a thanx goes out to Jing one of the girls at customer service who is really nice…we always get along together…and she noticed my hands and saw they were bleeding…no I didn’t get in a fight…like some ppl asked me…its cause they get dry really bad…because I wash them too much…so she gave me some moisturiser cream. Its odd cause she lives up stair in the apartment blocks….and her husband since he works at home always drops in to check on her….i guess its sweet but sometimes it’s a bit too much….me thinks. Anyways thanx again Jing ☺ ur the best.

Work work work...i usually never talk about work so much....well what else happens at work...i think it was last week our store manager started this incentive policy for selling warranties. Basically ppl who couldn't sell warranties have to sing karaoke in front of the store....i told him to screw himself cause i don't sing and if i do its for a special occasion and this is not very special at all....anyhow that weekend i sold 2 warranties that day, that’s the most i have ever sold in a day..so no Karaoke for me....pheww.
