Well the rough cut is completed 2 days ago…and we are all very happy with the result so far. It goes for about 14minutes at the moment, but with some more scrutinising editing we should be able to make the final film shorter. Dad also has contributed by making some background music…its been some good news lately after having to deal with some incidents which were really annoying but adding to the good news……we may be getting a newish family car soon…maybe a Toyota Camry 2003 model….YAyyyy Im so excited ☺ …something that works and looks half ok.

Also on the weekend…Adrian our good mate from school heads off to Switzerland for 10 months….as part of his Pro Handball carrier…me thinks. The boy is very fit indeed….his nickname at school was big man cause he towered over everyone and was muscle bound. But he was a big friendly giant and he still is.

A bit of background on Age..he was our High School Captain. I think everyone looked up to him and funny enough we all still do…his just a great person and very positive person who can motivate people around him. Anyhow hope he has a great time over in Europe…man that’s two mates this weekend I know going away for a long time. Its sorta sad…I mean I wish them well and hope they enjoy their trips but yea its sad to see them go. But

yea what else was interesting…..Oh Dameon…was there….he is an interesting person….he has a Mazda Rx8….Wow….its soooooo cooooool. It has suicide doors man and a rotary engine…$73,000 car. He said it was his first car, the guy is a bit loaded. Plus he is staying at Dicko’s hoise…yes the judge from Australian idol. Believe it or not his minding his house, while he is away visiting family…Dameon is a friend of David’s…he does some type of computer engineeringbut anyhow… he basically met Dicko through family friends or something…he told me before that he used to chauffer him around,,but that was a while ago. I was like how cool is that…you know a celebraty and he lets you stay at his house while his away…and his like nah its normal….and im like “brother that ain’t normal” but yea Dameon’s a cool guy.

There are some people you meet in life and think to yourself...thankyou god. Shariq is definitely one of those people. But sadly he is leaving us…. for Pakistan tomorrow at 5am so me, Sean, Morgan and Ladan are driving to the airport to say our goodbyes to Shariq. We are all gona get some early sleep tonight before we embark on our trip to the Airport. Ladan has been asleep for a good part of today and I’m going to bed early tonight too for the trip to the airport.

Although I lost contact with Shariq for quite some time after high School...metting at the occasional party or beach gathering. Shariq was one of the people who was a great inspiration for my major IPT (information processes and Technology) project and always would tell everyone about it, with this vigore and excitement...that even i who had made the project...had no way of expressing. It always made me feel great when i had someone like that around me....this was re-ignited when we joined again for my Digital Media major project...My short film: With Just Cause. This film is a mamoth undertaking for me...since this is the first film that i have directed. Shariq has been helping me since the first day we enlisted him for the project....he would ring me everyday to check on the progress of the script...i would feel bad when i was not on schedule then, but it was great of him to do it because otherwise...as most of you know...i have a lot of distractions at home..so its easy for me to get carried away with something else. But Shariq kept me on track...and once Shariq began acting...you knew how dedicated this young actor really is. He would always arrive on time to set...and usually with a treat..like a cream pastry thing...which was a really really great start for each day. He would have practiced his lines and it showed...mind you Morgan who was the accompanying actor...who hadn't done much acting b4 was great and I thank everyone who contributed in any way to make With Just Cause.
